Not every job fits a standard size. Printhouse.ie produces bespoke print to your own dimensions, stock and finish from our Gorey, Co. Wexford workshop — trimmed, folded, creased, laminated, drilled, numbered or mounted to your specification, and delivered anywhere in Ireland.

What we make to order

• Non-standard trim sizes — square, long DL, oversized A2/A1 and custom mm dimensions
• Bespoke stocks — 100gsm uncoated through to 400gsm board, recycled, textured and card stock
• Finishing — gloss or matt lamination, soft-touch, spot UV, creasing, folding, perforation and round corners
• Numbered and sequential work — raffle tickets, NCR docket books, vouchers and admission tickets
• Rigid and mounted work — Foamex, Correx, Dibond panels and pavement signs

How a custom job is quoted

1. Send your finished size in mm, quantity, stock weight and finish — a sketch or photo is enough to start.
2. We confirm feasibility, price and turnaround, usually the same working day.
3. Approve the PDF proof and we go to press; tracked delivery is €7 flat and free over €150 ex VAT.

Typical turnaround

Most bespoke litho and digital jobs run 3–5 working days from proof approval. Anything involving die-cutting, foiling or rigid mounting is quoted individually because the finishing, not the printing, sets the lead time.
